For this film, I… Pitched the concept to fellow Sky Creative Mental Health Team Leads, and Directed a film crew and on-screen talent

Created for Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month in November, I wanted to make a film encouraging men to open up and get help when they need it. I always find that leading by example is the best method of inciting change, so grabbing three lovely Creative guys from my team (and the UI Team) to share their lived experiences felt like a great place to start.

After we released this film, The Sky Creative Mental Health Team saw more men reaching out to chat about mental health with us, and we were able to organise a (fully attended) panel discussion with Simon Thomas and Paul Merson!
